Project Data:
Provide Design/Build RFP Criteria for two-story warehouse and manufacturing facility for the storage and production of wine products. The facility is approximately +/- 12,000 sq. ft. The first floor of the facility is primarily utilized for storage of the product. The second floor of the facility utilizes storage space as well as having a procution area, restroom, lab and office. Building construction is primarily of wood and concrete block with brick facing.
